OVERVIEW: 

As part of our Sales team, you play a key role in representing Workshoppe Fitness. Your passion for fitness, health, and wellness drives your commitment to helping others reach their full potential. Work towards achieving both personal and team sales targets. You are the expert on everything the club has to offer, from amenities to programs, and your main goal is to build strong, lasting connections with both potential and current members, ensuring they make the most of their Workshoppe Fitness experience. Prepare to perfect your sales abilities through an empathetic approach, and reach new levels of success in our elevated fitness facility. 

DUTIES: 

● Responsible for selling club memberships and ancillary business packages ● Commitment to “5 star” customer service 

● Prospecting and lead generation 

● Achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals 

● Contribute to marketing strategy 

● Build rapport and genuine relationships with prospective and current members ● Be knowledgeable of all club features and services 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

● Previous health club sales experience preferred 

● Energetic, friendly, personable demeanor. Genuine enthusiasm for fitness and health. 

● Ability to excel on an incentive-based salary 

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

● Ability to work as an individual and in team settings 

● Strong work ethic and punctuality 

● Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including weekends ● Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed 

● Must be able to work the last 4 days of each month 

COMPENSATION: 

40,000-50,000 Base Salary. Commissions and Bonuses. Potential to earn 75,000 – 110,000 annually.
